Internet Consulting LLC is a company created by alumni of the LEADER Project in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. The company was founded in September 2005 by two participants of the Program: Dumitru Lungu and Renat Buga.

The main areas of the company’s activities are: website design, website concept development, elaboration, programming, and promotion using electronic media. The company’s official website is: www.webconsulting.md

Marketing Activities

The company is actively promoting its services by employing diverse marketing tools and advertising channels. The company’s website is in Romanian, serves as a basis for communication with the company’s potential clients and is the most important promoter of the company’s services. The website will likely be available in Russian and English versions in the near future.

Internet Consulting LLC has publications in the local press, such as articles, banners and discount coupons. However, the company’s core business is internet advertising. It specializes in logo placement for web-projects, registration with about 20 information Internet resources, and registration with two major e-databases. Aside from this, direct marketing efforts are also employed, such as participation at specialized expositions.

Creating New Jobs

As Internet Consulting LLC grows it is employing new people and creating jobs for local specialists. To date, the company has the following part-time personnel: 1 Content Editor, 4 Programmers, 2 Designers, and 1 Accountant. Given the current growth of the company, new employees will likely be hired soon.

The Impact of LEADER on Company Development

Plans for the Future

Currently, the company is shifting from on-demand projects to its own project development. With this new strategy, the company develops commercial portals that provide a constant source of income. Recently, Internet Consulting LLC settled an agreement with the owners of a small announcements portal (www.anunt.md) which transmits half of the property rights to the company in exchange for the portal’s development. The company is also starting to work with foreign economic agents (Central America) to create international projects and outsourcing of orders. Furthermore, Internet Consulting LLC is seeking investors to finance the development of new Internet portals with a potential for high incomes. Presently, all of the company’s employees are part-time only. As the company continues to grow, it plans to employ personnel on a full-time basis.
