Partner Info:  Canadian Serbian Business Association (CANSEE) ​ was created to promote trade and development between Canada and Serbia. Pursuant to this mission, they look to attract foreign direct investment in the region as well as train and promote entrepreneurship within the country. Participants in the program: 
  • Range in age from early 20s to late 40s
  • Has started their own business or is at a director level or above at a start-up
  • Recruited from local incubator programs in Belgrade as well as through CANSEE's network

  • There is a gap in the training currently being delivered that will allow students to develop new skills in marketing, finance, and leadership that is currently missing.
  • LEADER’s coaching component is a key piece of the program, with LEADER's instructors meeting daily with the entrepreneurs to speak about the issues they are currently facing
