Committees
Executive Director (2 MBAs, 1 HBA1, 1 HBA2)
· Work with key stakeholders, including Advisory Board, Dean, Program Offices, Alumni, Ivey Advancement, Aeroplan, etc…Relationship management is central to the ED role and it is the proper management of these relationships that will be a key driver of success for the Project during any given fiscal year
· Work with Committee Chairs to set milestones and ensure the Project is running smoothly…The EDs work as a liaison to communicate information between different committees and ensure each team has the resources and information required to proceed with their tasks
· Strategy: The ED team works with the Advisory Board to make and execute positive changes to the Project each year
COMMITTEES
Alumni Relations (3 MBAs/AMBA, 1 HBA1, 1HBA2)
· Head of Newsletters: Create and circulate 3-4 Alumni newsletters
· Head of Promotion: Update social media accounts to promote events and communicate important information
· Head of Year Captains: Work alongside Ivey Advancement to update database comprised of contact information. Retroactively identify key information not known to the Project. Obtain a LEADER liaison from each of the last 20 years
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
Curriculum (2 MBAs/AMBA, 1 or 2 PhDs, HBA1)
· Conduct case reviews, case writing opportunities, success story documentation, site specific issues/successes, review of teaching methods and lecture notes
· Discuss the curriculum from the previous year and any potential changes that would improve the quality going forward. Work with Institute of Entrepreneurship to select and translate new cases to fill in the gaps
· Schedule teaching dates for LEADERites and ensure teaching notes are updated

Fundraising (4 MBAs/AMBAs, 1 HBA1, 1HBA2)
· Head of Corporate Sponsorship: Obtain a list of potential sponsors and divide companies amongst MBA team. Promote the Project and Alumni Event to corporate sponsors and insert corporate logos of sponsors on all promotional materials
· Head of Fundraising Initiatives (Internal): Initiate and execute 2 major high-impact fundraising events within the HBA and MBA Ivey Community
· Co-Chairs of Alumni Event (External): Organize, publicize and execute the major Alumni Event in March
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
Logistics (1 MBA/AMBA, 1 HBA1, 1 HBA2)
· Work alongside Aeroplan to book flights for LEADERites
· Work with international sites to obtain Letter of Intent and required information for visa approvals
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
Media & Technology (1 MBA/AMBA, 1 HBA1, 1 HBA2)
· Update and innovate website and all social media accounts
· Work with various stakeholders to upload promotional material and provide specific online tools (i.e- blogs, links, etc..)
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
Recruiting and Social (1 MBA.AMBA, 1 HBA1, 1 HBA2)
· Responsible for organizing recruiting efforts for new MBAs, AMBAs, HBAs and PhDs. Create promotional material to attract Ivey students
· Organize 2-3 socials throughout the year
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
Treasury (1 HBA1, 1 HBA2)
· Work with EDs and Advisory Board to create financial statements and forecast
· Monitor financial account and provide detailed bi-monthly updates
· Responsible for reimbursements and working with Ivey Advancement to collect donations
· Committee Chair (HBA2) and Acting Committee Chair (HBA1)
