The LEADER program sends a team of Ivey MBA, HBA, and PhD Ivey students to various sites throughout Eastern Europe (i.e. Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Macedonia). The project’s objective is to teach western business concepts using the case method and consult on business plans in order to develop and foster entrepreneurial ventures in emerging economies. The program will run for 2 weeks from the middle to the end of May 2011.

Application requirements: a current resume and your answers to the following questions (max. 250 words per)
1. What is your interest and motivation in participating in the LEADER project?
2. Describe any relevant skills/experiences which you can offer to the project and explain how your skills will benefit the project team and students? (be specific)
3. Describe a cross-cultural or culturally-sensitive situation that you have faced. What did you learn from this situation and how will that learning will contribute to your participation in the program?
