Their mission is to assist in positioning North Macedonia as a preferred destination for foreign direct investment, promote transparency within government and corporate practices, and inspire future business leaders in North Macedonia. North Macedonia has a thriving spirit of entrepreneurship, which through Macedonia 2025 is nurtured, and leadership skills are transferred to business professionals to achieve superior and sustainable performance. Participants in the program: 
  • Range in age from early 20s to late 40s from different industries and backgrounds
  • Have either started their own business or is at a director level or above at a start-up

Why this location:
  • Each participant has identified a key business problem or obstacle they hope to solve with the tools they learn throughout the LEADER Project. 
  • Marketing, communication and leadership are all skills that are missing from the educational system in North Macedonia – as such, the students gain many skills they did not have before. 
  • Each teacher coaches’ multiple entrepreneurs, on real business problems ranging from finance, marketing, strategy and growth.
