Leader

Each year the LEADER Project is led by three Executive Directors. A Fall MBA, Spring MBA, and HBA Executive Director are elected by their peers, with the MBA Executive Directors serving for one year and the HBA Executive Director for two years. Each year the Executive Directors travel to different sites to further develop the program and strengthen relations with participating schools. A Junior HBA Executive Director also participates by “shadowing” the Senior Directors in order to fully understand their roles and responsibilities. This is of great value in the following year when the team changes.
